How to unlock file

Was logging into my yearbook file and it says its locked by school name (file).

How do I unlock it?

Alert - low resolution Photo

If there is a low resolution warning on a picture that was uploaded, the picture is not a high quality image.
Depending on the resolution, your picture may be used in the yearbook only as a small photo or in some cases cannot be used at all. Low resolution pictures may be too blurry and unrecognizable.
If the picture is below 72 dpi (dots per inch), Entourage recommends not using the picture in the yearbook.

Cover Deadline & Approval

Cover deadlines are very important, once you have submitted your cover design to the yearbook ladder, you will need to approve it for production. To do this, click on "Preview/Approve Cover" on the yearbook ladder. Double check that your cover is set up correctly for print and fill out the appropriate information. Then click "Approve Cover". Questions?

Once you upload your pages to your customer website, you will need to submit them to the yearbook ladder. Does anyone know this process and can explain it?

Do you know how to successfully upload your projects from Fotofusion to your customer website? Open your project, go to File > Upload to Publisher. You will receive an email once it is ready to be viewed and submitted to your yearbook ladder.
